We organize beer seminars and tastings for large and small groups in the “Regensburger Ratskeller” and in the “Regensburger Weissbräuhaus”. Experience and enjoy Bavarian tradition and culture in venerable rooms in the heart of Regensburg’s old town. Beer tastings can be booked in German, English and Italian.

Smaller and larger groups can come spontaneously to a small beer tasting in the Ratskeller or in the Weissbräuhaus to try beer at any time.

For guests who have booked a table: In the heart of the brewery in the Weissbräuhaus, which is called the brewhouse, trained employees give an insight into the art of brewing. You taste the 4 home-brewed beers directly at the brewing kettle and fortify yourself with a pretzel. This is followed by a rustic Pfandl meal or an à la carte meal.

For guests who are (only) interested in a beer seminar with beer tasting in the Weissbräuhaus: In the heart of the brewery in the Weissbräuhaus, the brewhouse, trained employees give an insight into the art of brewing. You taste the four home-brewed beers directly at the brewing kettle and fortify yourself with a hearty “Mongdratzerl” (homemade cheese, greaves and herb quark with home-made malt bread).
